ARC-accredited Travel Agencies are premium professional Travel organizations having met the rigorous financial, personnel and ticket-security requirements and successfully completed stringent training and specialist testing, ARC-accredited Agencies demonstrate a commitment to the health and growth of their businesses and to the Travel industry as a whole. The retail value of this entire package is up to $800 or more depending upon seasonality and travel dates. Purchasers should rely only on the written representations contained herein. This vacation does not include airfare, gratuities, meals or any other incidental charges. Purchasers are responsible for car rental and hotel taxes payable upon pickup and check-in by using a major credit card. You'll be scheduled to attend a courtesy presentation at a vacation ownership resort(s) that could save you thousands on future vacations! Remember, there is no obligation to purchase. This vacation package expires in 12 months from date of purchase. New packages may be issued at sole discretion of ETourandTravel and may incur a fee. This package is only valid for adults at least 23 years of age or older (one member of the traveling party must be 23). Proof of age will be required during check-in. This package may be transferred to any adult(s) over the age of 23 for a $25.00 charge subject to the then current terms & conditions.

Lodging Guarantee

This package guarantees hotel accommodations in Orlando for up to 4 persons on a space available basis (advanced notice greatly improves availability). The length of stay and locales vary, depending upon specific package types (please refer to the description printed on the front of this document). Surcharges may apply for holidays and special events. Purchasers have up to twelve months to request their travel dates and up to 15 days to cancel this agreement from the original date of purchase. Attraction tickets are gifts from sponsoring resorts, require completion of a 90 minute presentation of a vacation ownership resort in Kissimmee, Florida and are subject to separate terms and conditions as they are not a part of this accommodations package. If married or cohabitating both must attend the presentation together. Failure to complete the presentation will result in forfeiture of attraction tickets.

Air Fare Coupon and/or Auto Rental

ETourandTravel offers a full service travel agency for your convenience. Simply call 407-515-2400 for assistance. You must have written confirmation of your itinerary prior to booking non-refundable airfare! If you book a car rental through our agency, a daily surcharge will apply to anyone under 25 (standard car rental agency policy). Driver is responsible for standard taxes, optional surcharges, optional insurance, upgrades, additional rental days and/or applicable drop off charges. If applicable, these fees are billed by the car rental agency upon pick-up or drop-off. The Air Bucks Airfare Discount Coupon (included in this letter) is subject to separate terms and conditions, as outlined on the back of the coupon. The coupon may be used for business or personal travel.

Greater Daytona Area Bonus Getaway

As a complimentary bonus, you are also receiving a Greater Daytona area Getaway, which includes 3 nights accommodations. Accommodations do not include incidentals such as hotel taxes, gratuities, meals, parking, transportation and telephone calls. This getaway is subject to the Terms and Conditions previously outlined in the above sections except where noted. This bonus getaway requires the attendance of a 90 minute presentation of a vacation ownership resort in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. If married or cohabitating both must attend the presentation together. Failure to complete the presentation will result in traveler being responsible for hotel accommodation charges ($100 to $200 per night, depending upon seasonality). Peak holidays and events may also require a surcharge. This getaway is only valid for adults over the age of 23 and is fully transferable under the same terms and conditions.
